  • ​Yes, however you may provide your own cleaning products if preferred. Please let us know when booking your appointment.

5. How long does a typical cleaning appointment take?

  • The hours may vary depending on the size of the property. 

6. Can I schedule a cleaning on a recurring basis?

  • Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring options. 

7. How do I book a cleaning service with your company?

  • We use a variety of products, and most are non-toxic, eco-friendly and gentle products. 

9. Do you offer specialized cleaning services for specific needs (e.g., deep cleaning, event cleaning)?

10. What areas do you serve?

  • We currently service Central Florida: Seminole County & Select Orange County, FL areas.

11. How far in advance should I schedule a cleaning appointment?

  • Preferably 7 days in advance, however no less than 48 hours if possible.  

12. Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

  • You are not required to be present during the cleaning, and we can collaborate to arrange access to your property when you're not there. 

13. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

  • Yes, we often offer discounts and promotions for our new and existing clients. Please contact us to inquire or follow us on Social media for updates.

14. What precautions do you have in place for ensuring safety in regard to viruses and illnesses? 

  • We wear gloves, masks, and shoe covers as a part of our safety measures.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. At Miss B Clean, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we may charge a cancellation fee.
